Many of the techniques Martin will talk about apply to other genres of photography such as pets, children, sports, other wildlife, and street photography.
Martin is a guide on Tiritiri Matangi and regularly take photographers out to the island on photo-shoots.
He will talk about the philosophy that guides him in discovering New Zealand's unique bird population and the various techniques and experiences that have given him a world-wide interest.
Martin might even show us some of his superb photos!
